This year, Noosa Country Cat Hotel will be closed for arrivals and departures from 24 December 2026 until 1 January 2027 inclusive.
If you’re planning Christmas or New Year travel, we encourage you to book early and arrange your arrival before 24 December, with departures resuming from 2 January onwards.
We of course remain open and care for our guests around the clock over Christmas and New Year, we just don’t have any arrivals or departures occur during this time.
Christmas is a special time for families, including yours, mine, and our feline guests. By having everyone settled in before Christmas Day, the hotel becomes calmer, quieter and more relaxed. Guests can establish their routines, enjoy their surroundings and settle into holiday mode without the constant comings and goings that naturally come with a busy boarding season.
As a small home based and family run business, it also allows me to be present for my little family during a time that passes far too quickly.
Noosa Country Cat Hotel has always been built around quality over quantity, and this policy reflects that. A peaceful environment, settled guests and a slower pace make for a happier holiday experience for everyone!
