We are By Appointment only to preserve a peaceful, calm, quiet environment for our guests as well as maintain our own privacy as a home-based business and young family
We are open for arrivals and departures by prior appointment between 9:30am - 10:30am and 4pm - 5:30pm Monday-Friday, and 9 -10am Saturdays
We are CLOSED on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and QLD Public Holidays for arrivals and departures and generally don't tend to our phone or social media pages on these days, instead we do what most do and love the humans (and animals, including our guests) around us, being totally present, we really treasure our Saturday afternoons, Sundays and Public Holidays!
What to do if you're leaving to go away and need to be at the airport by 6am, but we aren't open? Please plan your trip around our open and closed hours and days and book arrival of your cat (or cats) for the day (or days) before
We are responsive by phone, text, email & social media from 9am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings from 9am - 10am. If the matter is urgent please call (twice).
For all non-urgent matters we ask you to please respect our boundaries and make contact during business hours… we work really hard, mental rest and downtime is important to us!
