Our pricing is a reflection of the love, meticulous care and attention each guest receives while with us, also the boutique, luxury, meticulously clean home-based nature of our hotel. Being a small scale facility we are able to offer a lot of one-on-one interaction and enrichment, spending multiple face to face hours with each guest daily whether that be playing with, patting, interacting with, chatting to, taking photos and videos of, offering a lap to lay on, cleaning, feeding, grooming and maintaining space cleanliness and infection control, we are also available to our guests needs 24/7 - you can be assured the treatment of each guest is the best you have ever encountered at a boarding facility.
We are often asked if we provide discounts for self-supply of food and our answer is unfortunately no - while we appreciate specific diet needs being supplied by you at times, consumables make up a very minimal part of our fee structure. Safe food storage, handling, preparation and time involved for all of the above far outweighs the cost of the food itself.
What you are paying for is our absolute love of and expertise in cat care, attention to detail, timely communication, professional, frame-worthy photo and video updates and a beautiful calm home environment where your cat will be treated like one of our own – royalty!
All fees include wet and dry food plus treats (supermarket brands including Whiskas, Purina, Fussy Cat, Dine, Fancy Feast, Applaws, Crave and Nood, plus Huds and Toke brand treats including dehydrated fish, chicken bites and mussels). Anything vet specific such as Hills, Royal Canin, Ziwi Peak etc, or branded raw/cooked meat and sardines will need to be supplied by you. We also supply all machine washable bedding, blankets, bowls, litter and toys
Fees are calculated from the day of arrival to the day of departure inclusive, as this covers our duty of care for your cat and our reservation of and preparation of each accommodation type exclusively.
All fees are due 14 days prior to arrival, with the non-refundable deposit due at the time (and day) of booking to secure the suite.
Our beautiful sun drenched, luxurious accommodation attached to the Homestead itself with use of comfortable arm chairs and cat beds, a large country-chic cane ottoman at window sill height to sprawl out on, window sills for star gazing or chicken watching and direct views of the paddock and valley from an enclosed catio elevated off the ground

This room is part of our beautiful old Queenslander country homestead and has direct access to the veranda catio from beautiful old original french doors and pet mesh screens. The specifics:
We are closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and QLD Public Holidays for arrivals and departures
Christmas and Easter
We do not charge extra for Public Holidays or high season however we have a 7 day minimum charge between December 1 and January 5 and are closed for arrivals and departures on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year Public Holiday dates as well as Saturday afternoons and Sundays. We kindly ask that you plan your holidays around these dates. We can promise the same meticulous loving care is provided to guests during these times while we still work around the clock.
Check in
Daily fees are calculated from the day/date of check-in regardless of time of arrival. Our arrival and departure times are treated as appointments so as the least disruption possible is encountered by fellow guests of Noosa Country Cat Hotel, also to ensure a smooth, peaceful arrival or departure.
Check out
Daily fees are calculated to (and include) the day/date of check-out regardless of time of departure. It is important to understand we have a duty of care to each guest and that care does not stop until a guest is back in the arms of their owner. It is also important to understand the thorough cleaning processes required after a guest departs, deeming their suite unusable for the remainder of that day to allow zoological cleaning products to work their magic.
It is also important to stick to your chosen departure time as this may be around fellow guest feed/medication/behavioural needs.

We don't offer discounts for food supplied by you - a lot of the time storage and preparation of self-supplied foods can involve more specific food handling techniques than the foods on offer, however we are very happy to feed guests what their families provide. Please note that we can however only serve raw meat in accordance with AS5812 which is packaged and labelled for pet consumption, or has undergone a heat treatment to reduce/remove bacterial contamination (cooked).
We also supply all machine washable bedding, blankets, high-end toys, harnesses and lead walks, stainless and ceramic feed and water bowls, water fountains, kitty litter and litter trays.
Optional Extras:
Designated meeting place pick up and drop off: This is a complementary service while Black Mountain Road Landslide is being fixed. Our designated meeting spots are at Federal State School - 40 Middle Creek Rd, Federal and Pomona - Stan Topper Park car park off Hospital Street, Pomoma. Pick-up and drop-off are at designated times of a morning or afternoon (usually 9:00am or 3pm). Please contact Amy about this.
Noosa Country Cat Hotel will calculate fees and send all required information once your booking has been made - head to our 'Make a booking' page to do this.
Fees are due two weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by EFT/Bank Transfer or online card facility. Please note a 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to secure the booking. Bookings will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received on the due date specified on the invoice
