Step 3: Deposit payment due and Confirmation Email sent
Once a booking has been made and 20% deposit paid you will receive a confirmation email with total fees, due dates and ways of paying as well as all the fine details about what to bring, what not to bring and arrival details as well as T’s & C’s which include our cancellation policy.
All fees are due 14 days prior to guest arrival
A 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking
